Difaf Tower project is located on the Nile River in the central region of Khartoum, the capital of Sudan, which is an excellent site to enjoy the scenery of the Nile. The project consists of two main buildings, northern and southern towers, swimming pool, garden views and other ancillary facilities. It stands next to the Difaf Hotel that integrates leisure and entertainment. Both towers are frame-shear wall structures with 25 floors including ground floor and mezzanine floor above ground and one floor for basement.  The height of the towers is some 90 m and the total construction area is about 64,000 m2. The Difaf Tower project combines residential and commercial development together and it is the most upscale residential area currently under construction in Sudan integrating leisure, entertainment and medical service functions, providing convenience for the owners. It is the highest building as well as a landmark in Khartoum. This project includes pile foundation, civil construction, fine decoration, water supply and drainage, high & low-voltage electricity, HVAC, firefighting, outdoor landscape greening, and outdoor roads. The total contract price is 79,970,000 US dollars. The main buildings are under the final stage of construction and the external decoration as well as the the model room has been basically completed.
