Nantong Construction  Group (UAE) Co., Ltd. was established in 2019, with two subsidiaries Nantong Construction Group Co., Ltd. -Dubai Branch  and Nantong Gulf Construction Engineering Co. LLC (Abu Dhabi branch). Adhering to the group company's enterprise spirit of "Striving hard and venturing to be the first", UAE branh continues to explore the UAE market.

The headquarters of the UAE branch is located in Deira Business Village, Dubai (Dubai Economic Development Department). Since its establishment, the company has relied on the group’s superior resources, actively participated in the local market, established a good corporate image, and strived to strengthen cooperation with local developers and Chinese companies. At present, there are two projects under construction: Platinum Hotel Apartment Project (Dubai) and Masdar City Project (Abu Dhabi). Platinum Hotel apartment project is located in Jumeirah village circle, Dubai. It has one underground floor, G-Floor and three-story podium above the ground, and another 16 floors (mainly standard floor). The total building height is about 81 meters and the total construction area is about 24500 square meters which is also the first general contracting project of UAE branch. Masdar City Project includes two buildings (A and b) with a total construction area of 55000 square meters and a total contract cost of 165 million dirhams.

The UAE branch  focuses on talent development and currently has more than 10 Chinese engineers and more than 30 foreign engineers. The professional talent team guarantees first-class construction quality. While the project is progressing smoothly, it has established a good cooperative relationship with local owners and consultant engineer companies, and established a cooperation model of mutual trust and cooperation with suppliers and subcontractors. The branch has reached cooperation intentions with the Abu Dhabi government and well-known and reputated investment developers in Dubai, striving to win the bid for large-scale civil construction projects every year.
