Situated by the Blue Nile river in Khartoum, capital city of Sudan, next to the Difaf Tower project which is combined of residential & commercial areas. The project consists of main hotel building, office building, ladies gym  , conference center (the largest in Africa), fitness center, energy center, underground service center, underground tunnel and outdoor landscape. It is a five-star hotel with a total construction area of 60,000 m2 including about 9,000 m2 underground structural area. The main hotel building is 11-floor with a height approximately 56 m and the south and north parts are reinforced concrete structures while the east & west parts are frame-shear wall structures. The total contract value is 38,720,000 USD as well as the actual total construction cost is approximately 42,650,000 USD. After completion the hotel will be the largest comprehensive hotel in Sudan, just across from the Nile river on the other side of the Corinthia Hotel and the Presidential Palace.
